# 3) 평판 추적을 위한 소울바운드 토큰 (SBT, Soulbound Token)

PaaM™은 개방된 생태계를 지향한다. “누구나” 가상자산의 바스켓을 구축하고 그에 맞는 토큰을 만들어 출시하고 판매할 수 있는 ScoFact™를 제공한다. 그러나 개방된 생태계는 범죄에 쉽게 이용될 수 있다. 따라서 그에 걸맞는 제도적 위험 완화 방안이 필요하다. 전통 금융에 존재하는 규제를 대신할 수 있는 지속적인 리스크  프로파일링이 공개되어 사용자들에게 제공되어야 한다. 즉 누구나 금융 상품을 설계하고 출시할 수는 있으나 설계자와 출시자들이 누구인지 표시하는 ID와 그들의 과거 상품 출시 이력 및 출시 상품의 퍼포먼스들을 공개하여 누구나 열람할 수 있게 해야 한다. 또한 상품의 퍼포먼스 및 설계자, 출시자 프로파일은 수익률, 거래횟수, 거래규모 등이 NFT 형태로 공개하여 실시간으로 업데이트될 뿐만 아니라 삭제될 수 없도록 해야 한다.

특히 PaaM™에 참여하는 프로슈머 사용자를 표시하는 NFT는 양도나 판매를 할 수 없는 형태의 소울바운드 (“Soulbound”) NFT로 발행된다. 양도와 판매가 불가능하고 소유자와 분리할 수 없도록 설계된 소울바운드 NFT는 PaaM™ 생태계 내에서 그 소유자의 평판을 기록해서 보여준다.
